本產(chǎn)品適用于交流額定電壓300/500V及以下防干擾性能要求較高的電子計算機(jī)、檢測儀器、儀表的連接。阻燃電子計算機(jī)屏蔽控制電纜、耐火電子計算機(jī)屏蔽控制電纜、低鹵低煙或無鹵低煙阻燃電子計算機(jī)屏蔽控制電纜也適用于有阻燃、耐火、低煙無毒要求的場所。

This product is suitable for connection of computer, inspection apparatus and instruments with more requirement of preventing interference with rated voltage up to 300/500V. Flame-retardant control cable for computer, Fire-resisting control cable for computer, low-smoke low-halogen or low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant control cable for computer are fit for flame-retardant, fire-resisting, low-smoke innocuity system.

一、使用特性 Requirements of application

1、額定電壓U0/U 為300/500V。

Rated voltage U0/U: 300/500V.

2、電纜導(dǎo)體的長期允許工作溫度：聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯絕緣為700C，交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣為850C。

The max. temperature of conductor in normal operation: 700C is for PE or PVC insulated cables, 850C is for XLPE insulated cables.

3、電纜敷設(shè)溫度應(yīng)不低于00C。

Laid temperature shall be not less than 00C.

4、允許彎曲半徑：有鎧裝層或銅帶屏蔽結(jié)構(gòu)的電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的12倍; 其它電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的6倍；

The allowed bending radius for installation: It’s not less than 12 times of outer diameter for armored or copper tape screen control cables, and it’s not less than 6 times of outer diameter for others.

二、主要技術(shù)性能 Main technical characteristic

1、 200C時的導(dǎo)體直流及電纜的絕緣電阻符合GB9330-88。

D.C. resistance of conductor and insulation resistance shall be in conformity with GB9330-88.

2、電纜能經(jīng)受5min、2000V耐壓試驗(yàn)。

The cable can undergo A.C. voltage of 2000V for 5 minutes without breakdown.

3、電纜絞對的工作電容在頻率為1kHZ時≤115×10-12F/m。

Operating capacitance in pairs of cables shall be less or equal to 115×10-12F/m.

4、阻燃計算機(jī)屏蔽控制電纜能通過GB/T19666-2005規(guī)定的A類(試樣每米所含非金屬材料的總體積為7升，供火時間40min，炭化部分所到達(dá)的高度不超過2.5m)、B類(試樣每米所含非金屬材料的總體積為3.5升，供火時間40min，炭化部分所到達(dá)的高度不超過2.5m)、C類(試樣每米所含非金屬材料的總體積為1.5升，供火時間20min，炭化部分所到達(dá)的高度不超過2.5m)燃燒試驗(yàn)。

Retardant-flame screen control cable for computer can reach class A（Volume of all non-metallic materials per meter from the selected cables is 7 liter, fire supplying duration is 40min , the height of carbonized part shall be not more than 2.5m）, Class B (Volume of all non-metallic material per meter from the selected cables is 3.5 liter, fire supplying duration is 40min, the height of carbonized part shall be not more than 2.5m) and Class C(Volume of all non-metallic material per meter from the selected cables is 1.5 liter , fire supplying duration is 20 minutes, the height of carbonized part shall be not more than 2.5m) test under fire conditions specifying in GB/T19666-2005.

5、耐火計算機(jī)屏蔽控制電纜能通過GB/T19666-2005規(guī)定規(guī)定（溫度為750~800℃持續(xù)供火90min，2A熔絲不熔斷）的燃燒試驗(yàn)。

Fire-resisting screen control cable for computer can pass pass (fuse shall be not melted during 90 minutes fire supplying at the temperature of 750~800℃) test under fire conditions specifying in GB/T19666-2005.

6、低鹵低煙、無鹵低煙阻燃計算機(jī)屏蔽控制電纜能滿足GB/T17650(等效IEC60754-2)及GB/17651（等效IEC61034-1）試驗(yàn)要求。
